
Rakhi Sawant supports Salman Khan in the journalist 'assault' case: Bollywood actor Salman Khan often makes headlines either for his record-breaking blockbuster movies or sometimes controversies. Well this time, he has been summoned by the Andheri Magistrate Court for allegedly assaulting a journalist.

The news agency ANI tweeted: "Andheri Magistrate Court summons Salman Khan to appear on April 5 in a 2019 case filed by a journalist Ashok Pandey for allegedly misbehaving with him. Court has summoned the actor for the offences under IPC sections 504 and 506.”

Reportedly, the journalist Ashok Pandey has alleged that he was assaulted by Salman Khan when he was trying to film him while the latter was riding a cycle in April 2019.

He claimed that he had taken permission from Salman's bodyguards for filming yet he was assaulted by the 'Dabang' star. Meanwhile, Rakhi Sawant has come in support of Salman Khan.

In a recent interview with a media organisation, Rakhi Sawant said that Salman is a human and that he can get angry. She further said that Salman has given so many super hit movies. She went on to say that Salman has millions of fans but somewhere, he has not achieved the happiness of life.
