Ranbir Kapoor reacts to trolls on Alia Bhatt's pregnancy announcement
Ranbir Kapoor breaks silence on Alia Bhatt's pregnancy trolls: The pregnancy news Alia Bhatt made in June caught everyone's attention. Ranbir Kapoor and the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress are expecting their first child. Despite the affection that she received, some internet users mocked Alia soon after the pregnancy announcement was made.
Trolls claimed her pregnancy announcement was a publicity stunt for her and RK's film Brahmastra after she revealed she was expecting. The trolls have now been addressed by Ranbir Kapoor in a recent interview.
"Being a married couple, Alia and I felt that telling everyone would be appropriate because it seemed like the correct thing to do. There was no other intention behind it other than to spread the good news and the excitement "RK added.
He further stated, "For a very long time, Alia and I had been discussing how much we wanted many kids in our lives. We are grateful and feel blessed. Numerous emotions are mixed together. At this time in our lives, I'm just incredibly grateful."

As he talked about his relationship with his late father, actor Rishi Kapoor, he wondered whether their chemistry would have affected his relationship with his own child.
He said, "I haven't actually planned such things, but it's like doing something you're not qualified to do and then you get qualified while doing it. I'm not sure what we will face as parents at this time, so. Initially, you'll only adopt some value system that you've picked up from your family and from life, but eventually, it will demand a lifetime commitment.
While Brahmastra, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, opens in theatres in September 2022, Shamshera will be released in July.
