Shakun Batra’s next directorial featuring Deepika Padukone is in process and has a title now. Deepika is the main lead in the film with Ananya Pandey and Siddhanth Chaturvedi, who recently wrote on her social media handle that a big announcement is on its way.

The actress shared some behind the scene pictures from the untitled film in which Ananya and Siddhant can be spotted along with her. On Saturday the 83 actresses shared the pictures of Shakun Batra’s relationship drama film.

Deepika captioned the monochrome pictures writing, “Yes…It has been a bit of a wait. But as the saying goes…Sometimes, the longer you wait for something, the more you appreciate it when it finally arrives! Hopefully, the same holds true here. I took the opportunity to be a part of something that I believe was truly magical. And with love in my heart and utmost gratitude, I cannot wait to share our labour of love with all of you.”

Talking about this film Ananya sharing the same pictures wrote, “the experience of this film, the people, all the feelings, every moment – has been nothing short of magic”.
The film’s male lead also did share the pictures with the caption, “Beh ke door kanhi kinare pe miley, Bikharey sipiyon se hum dono… Na usne kuch kaha, Na maine kuch kaha, Bas baithe rahe, Aankhon mein moti bhare – hum dono.”

The announcement was much awaited and now it is out. The film is titled 'Gehraiyaan' and the teaser of the film is out which is amazing to indulge into.
A while back Deepika referred to the film as ‘quite challenging’ in her post. She said, “The overall genre of the film is something we haven’t seen much in Indian cinema, it’s called domestic noir. I don’t think that’s a genre we are very familiar with, but at the same time the audience is completely ready for it, as we have been exposed to that genre in different ways, whether through Hollywood films or OTT platforms.”
Sharing the teaser of the film, Deepika wrote, "A piece of my heart…❤️".

Deepika Padukone has always made her presence felt with her performance in each and every film she chooses. The actress will be very soon seen in Kabir Khan’s 83 playing the part of Ranveer Singh’s wife i.e playing Romy Dev. The film is based on India’s historic cricket world cup win of 1983.
Other than this Deepika has one untitled film with Shahrukh Khan, Fighter with Hrithik Roshan, Hindi remake of Intern, Project K with Prabhas, and a Mahabharata adaptation.
