Kundra (46) had requested bail, claiming that there was no evidence against him in a supplementary charge sheet filed by the Mumbai police crime branch in the case.

Raj Kundra claimed in his plea that there was no proof of him being "actively" associated in the creation of alleged questionable porn content and that he was being used as a "scapegoat" in the case.

She stated in her note that she does not want to discuss such a sensitive subject at this time and has complete faith in the legal system.
