Sidharth Malhotra begins the shoot of his much awaited 'Yodha'
Sidharth Malhotra, who set extremely high standards with his previous film 'Shershaah,' is yet again ready to dazzle the action-hero avatar in his next film 'Yodha.'
Fans of Sidharth Malhotra have been on cloud nine after a long wait as now, Sidharth is preparing to begin filming on his next film, Yodha. The actor took to his social media accounts to share a glimpse from the muhurat puja for his film.
Yodha is Dharma Productions' first aerial action franchise film, and Sidharth will play an action-hero avatar character in the same.

As Sidharth began filming for Yodha, the Dharma Productions handler shared photos. The project is ambitious because it is Dharma Productions' first-ever action franchise, and it will star Sidharth from Shershaah. The film's leading lady has yet to be revealed. However, rumours have circulated that Disha Patani and Raashi Khanna may be in the running.
The film's first look, backed by Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre, was recently released with a motion poster. Sidharth appeared to be a tough officer on board a plane to save people in the first scene.
While making the announcement of the film ‘Yodha’ Karan Johar made it official with the release of a motion poster. The video began with a shot of a burning plane before zooming in on Malhotra's character who was dressed in combat gear and appeared to be ready for a fight.

The other cast apart from Sidharth Malhotra in the film is yet to be revealed by the makers; however a lot of buzz is making rounds on the internet for Kiara Advani joining Sidharth once again in Yodha after their screen appearance in Shershaah.
