Sidhu Moose Wala news: It's been nine days since Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead in Mansa and yet his friends and fans are not able to come to terms with the extremely shocking death.

Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead in broad daylight in Jawaharke village of Punjab's Mansa district on May 29. He was brutally gunned down by unidentified assailants a day after his security cover was curtailed by the Punjab Government.

Sidhu Moose Wala's family issues statement on late singer's Instagram account

Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu aka Sidhu Moose Wala, was only 29. The family has been sharing details about the Antim Ardaas, Bhog ceremony, and other developments through his official Instagram handle.

Meanwhile, the family of Sidhu Moose Wala on Monday shared a note on Sidhu's Instagram Story requesting the media not to associate any public appeals with them.

In their statement, they stated that anything that the family wants to say will be conveyed through Sidhu’s official Instagram handle.

"We request the media that whatever the appeal made on behalf of Sidhu veer’s family, it will be done via Sidhu’s official Instagram handle. We request you to not associate any statements under the name of the family’s appeal," the statement reads in Punjabi.

Earlier, Sidhu Moose Wala's father Balkaur Singh's video was shared on the official account in which he urged the late singer's fans to not believe in rumours of him joining politics.

After meeting the Union Home Minister Amit Shah recently, the family members will meet Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday.
