Delhi-based Amarjeet Singh Chawla travelled about 40,000 kilometers, crossed over 30 countries and took about 150 days to complete his dream of an epic road trip from Delhi to London.

On July 7, 2018, Amarjeet Singh Chawla, along with his four friends, started his journey from Delhi in his own Toyota Fortuner SUV car.  He first entered Nepal from where he moved towards China.

In his about 40,000 km long trip, he passed countries like Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Russia, Norway and others before reaching to his destination in London.

While talking to PTC News, Amarjeet Singh Chawla revealed that during his trip he was forced to return to India owing to his ill health.

On being asked the motive behind his trip, he said: “It was my passion. During my childhood days in 1970s I used to watch foreigners coming to India on their own vehicles. During those days, I made up my mind that even I’ll travel the world one day on my own car.”

Amarjeet Singh Chawla’s journey is totally an inspiration for those who loves to travel and explore the world.
