The shooting phase of Allu Arjun's highly anticipated film, Pushpa 2, has hit a roadblock due to an unforeseen mishap. The cast of Pushpa 2 was returning to Hyderabad after a successful shoot when an unfortunate incident occurred, causing disruption and concern among the team.
On Wednesday, a bus carrying the performers of Pushpa 2 collided with another bus that had come to a halt. The incident took place near Narketpally on the Hyderabad-Vijayawada route, while the team was en route from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh. As a result of the collision, two performers sustained injuries and were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
According to sources, the driver of the Pushpa 2 unit bus failed to notice the stationary Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation bus, leading to the unfortunate collision. The impact caused a significant traffic backlog in the area, causing inconvenience to other commuters. Local authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident, and they are currently examining CCTV footage to gather more information about the accident.
Pushpa 2, which conducted its look test in November, has been generating substantial buzz among fans and film enthusiasts. The film's cinematographer, Miroslaw Kuba Brozek, shared a behind-the-scenes photo on Instagram, captioning it "The adventure begins." Additionally, a special video was released on April 7 to mark Allu Arjun's birthday, serving as a teaser for eager fans eagerly awaiting the film's release.
In Pushpa 2, Allu Arjun will once again take on the lead role, while Fahadh Faasil, who was introduced as the main antagonist in the first chapter, will play a pivotal role in the second installment.
