Telugu Star Allu Arjun Expresses Gratitude for National Film Award
Allu Arjun was recently awarded the Best Actor Award at the 69th National Film Awards. The ceremony took place on Tuesday and was a momentous occasion for the actor, who received the prestigious accolade for his role in the movie 'Pushpa: The Rise - Part 1'. The award was presented by President Droupadi Murmu, marking a significant milestone in Allu Arjun's career as it was his first National Award.
Excited and grateful for this achievement, Allu Arjun shared his joy with his fans and followers by posting several pictures from the award ceremony on social media. In one of the photos, he was seen with the celebrated music composer Devi Sri Prasad, with whom he shares a long and cherished friendship.
The actor conveyed his appreciation for Devi Sri Prasad by saying, "Very memorable to receive it along with my childhood friend, my music director, my well-wisher, and my cheerleader. So glad we received our first together. From Chennai roads to Delhi auditorium... it's a 25 years journey. #nationalaward #nationalawards2023."
Taking to his Instagram handle, Allu Arjun expressed his gratitude, saying, "Honored to receive the National Award. Allu Arjun, dressed in a white suit, was accompanied by his wife, Sneha Reddy, who looked stunning in an ethnic suit. The couple shared this special moment together, and their happiness was evident.
Notably, after the National Film Awards list was announced in August, Allu Arjun had taken to social media to express his gratitude. He congratulated all the national award winners from various categories and languages across the nation and thanked everyone for their love and support. Allu Arjun, who portrayed the titular gangster in 'Pushpa: The Rise,' is all set to reprise his role in the sequel, 'Pushpa: The Rule.' This highly anticipated film is scheduled to hit the cinemas on August 15, 2024, and is directed by Trivikram.
