The incident escalated when Mayank Madhur, who was travelling with Ranaut, attempted to retaliate by slapping the CISF guard in return. Following this confrontation, Ranaut promptly filed a complaint against Kaur and demanded strict action from the authorities.

Kangana Ranaut, who recently won the Lok Sabha elections from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, was on her way to Delhi to attend Parliament. The actress-turned-politician shared her travel experience with her followers on social media, posting photos on Instagram and informing them of her journey.

This dramatic episode unfolded just days after Ranaut's significant political victory. She triumphed over her closest competitor, Vikramaditya Singh of the Congress party, by an impressive margin of over 74,000 votes. Celebrating her win, Ranaut expressed her gratitude to the people of Mandi through an Instagram post, stating, "Heartfelt gratitude to all the people of Mandi for this love and trust… This victory belongs to all of you, this is the victory of your trust in Prime Minister Modi and BJP, this is the victory of Sanatan and in the honour of Mandi."

Ranaut secured a substantial 5,37,022 votes in her debut Lok Sabha election, outshining nine other candidates vying for the Mandi seat. The constituency, which has 13,77,173 registered voters, saw a voter turnout of 73.15%.
