Engulfing through the long episode both actors have also delved in conversation regarding Deepika's long battle of depression and how Ranveer helped her creating a safe space to tackle the situation. Continuing it further, Deepika Padukone jumped into the conversation to heap praises for her loving partner who according to her had been the greatest helping hand throughout the battle. She said, "What he did at that point was that he created a safe space for me to open up. Not once did he say that, 'it's okay, forget it', or 'just let's go on a drive' or anything of that sort. At that point, he didn't understand it much, today he understands it a lot better. But he was just all there. He has been so patient. It told me a lot about the person that he is." Even host Karan Johar added his struggle story of voidness during the whopping episode, which literally made the first episode more like a warm hug than just a controversial talk show.
