Diljit Dosanjh's Candid Confession on Rejecting Jatt and Juliet 3

Diljit Dosanjh, the beloved actor-singer, once again proves his knack for humour and honesty, leaving fans in stitches with his recent revelation during a media interaction. At the trailer launch event of his upcoming Punjabi film, "Jatt & Juliet 3," Diljit shared a funny incident that had everyone, including his co-star Neeru Bajwa, roaring with laughter.

Diljit Dosanjh Didn't Want To Do Jatt and Juliet 3?

The story goes back to 2011 when Diljit initially had reservations about signing the film due to differences with producer Darshan Singh Grewal. He recounted, "During the production of Jatt and Juliet 1, Darshan Singh Grewal, the producer, and I had some conflicts. So when the opportunity for the movie offer arose, I intended to decline it face-to-face. I went to his office intending to turn down the offer due to our past disagreements. However, upon my arrival, he theatrically handed me a blank cheque and said, 'Paaji, fill in the amount. I want to collaborate with you.' It was an unforeseen turn of events."

Thinking he could dissuade the producer by quoting an exorbitant fee, Diljit named the highest amount he could think of. Much to his surprise, Darshan not only agreed but also asked for an extra lakh, sealing the deal. Little did Diljit know that this decision would lead to unexpected turns in the film's production, with the producer facing financial woes.

Despite the challenges, the film went on floors, showcasing a blend of quirky dialogues and witty exchanges that promise continuous laughter for the audience. Diljit's chemistry with Neeru Bajwa shines through, their comedic timing adding to the film's charm.
