1. Cheese Corn Pizza
If you are a cheese and cron lover, these recipe of the infamous cheese corn pizza will surely steal your heart.
Ingrediants required - pizza base, Cheese, 2 tsp pizza topping, salt and red chilli, 150 gm paneer cut in cubes and 1/4 cup Boiled corn
Roll out the pizza dough, make the base thin or thick according to the preferance. Spread the Pizza topping on the base and then spread shredded cheese, more the better and then spraed the 1/4 cup of corn and cheese cubes. later sprinkle salt and red chilli to make it's a little hotter. As general, prepare your pizza dough and spread it thinly, because thinner margerita's are the tastiest one. After rolling out the Piza dough, spread a layer of pure tomato sauce, Spraed pices of mozzarella cheese on the sauce layer and top it with basel leaves. Drizzle the pizza with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. and then bake it in a pre heated oven for 10-12 minutes under 450°F (230°C).
3. Veggie loaded Pizza
Green, fresh and filled with healthy bites, veggie loaded pizzas are a supreme choice for the vegetarians.
Ingrediants required - Pizza dough, tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, mushrooms, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
After spraeding the pizza dough, spread the tomato sauce on the base and then sprinkle shredded mozzarella. Place the veggies (bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, onions) and drizzle olive oil followed by salt and balck pepper as per taste. Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
