On the occasion of Ram Navami, the new poster of Om Raut's grand film Adipurush was revealed earlier today. The poster features Prabhas as Ram, Kriti Sanon as Sita, Sunny Singh as Laxman, and Devdatta Nage as Bajrang, all dressed in traditional attire.

On the other hand, Dipika Chikhlia, an actress and politician, is widely recognized for her role as Sita in the legendary TV series 'Ramayan' directed by Ramanand Sagar in 1987. After more than 35 years Dipika has recreated her iconic appearance from the mythological show. Recently, she shared a video on social media featuring herself draped in a saffron sari and conducting a puja for Lord Ram. In her post, she mentioned that it was the same sari she wore during the Luv Kush Kand sequence of the show.

Chikhlia also reminisced about her time on the show in two previous videos that she shared earlier. In one of the videos, she also recreated the look of Sita, and the caption of her recent post read, "Throwback...nostalgia...unedited footage or is it recreated?"


Her fans appreciated her posts and expressed their gratitude, with one fan stating, " Ok so it's my time to watch ramayan again."

Dipika's portrayal of Sita was widely appreciated, and she gained immense popularity for her performance in the show. 'Ramayan' is an Indian historical-drama epic TV series that aired from 1987-1988. It was written, created, and directed by Ramanand Sagar and was a television adaptation of the ancient Indian Hindu epic of the same name.


The show was a game-changer for Indian television, captivating the nation. After the first episode of 'Ramayan' aired on television, Sunday mornings were never the same for families in India.
