The Economic Offences Wing files FIR against former Ashneer Grover and his wife for cheating and fraud of Rs 81 crore

The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police has recently registered a case against Ashneer Grover, former managing director of BharatPe, and his wife Madhuri Jain Grover, along with family members. The charges against them include cheating and defrauding the company of Rs 81 crore. The FIR was filed on Wednesday, following a complaint lodged by BharatPe.

According to reports, the Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing (EOW) has lodged a First Information Report (FIR) against Ashneer Grover, former managing director of BharatPe, and his wife Madhuri Jain Grover, for allegedly cheating and defrauding the company of Rs 81 crore. The FIR was filed on Wednesday after BharatPe lodged a complaint.

Ashneer Grover, who gained fame through his appearance on the popular TV show "Shark Tank," has been in the news for various controversies in recent times. This latest case filed against him and his family members has once again brought him into the headlines.
