Twinkle Khanna news: Actor and writer Twinkle Khanna recently shared tips for a young and healthy-looking body and mind. The author went on to share her own fitness regime that she follows religiously and one of them was inspired by someone really special.
Recently, on her show 'Tweak India' she spilled the beans on how she maintains herself perfectly. She stated saying that when she was younger she had only three goals which were to have a child, a dog, and a garden. She mentioned that connectivity with nature is essential for a healthy body and mind. If one has a garden in its place it is all easier to lift your mood and improve concentration and it distresses an individual in one go.
Further, she mentioned that the very next tip she had learned from a special person who is none other than the legendary star Waheeda Rehman was to eat small meals for dinners because if one eats less at night, then the body can rest instead of spending energy in burning down their food.
Then she mentioned how important it is to keep learning something new so that it adds to our skill and therefore how she enjoys guitar with her little one. Twinkle who is also known as 'Mrs. Funnybones' said that to keep one's brain awake with breathing exercises to shoo off stress.
Lastly, she mentioned not to forget sunscreen and wear it whenever you step out of the house and make 'books' your best friends as they always keep a person happy and busy at all times.
