Vicky Kaushal-Yami Gautam turns nostalgic as Uri: The Surgical Strike completes 3 years

Uri: The Surgical Strike, starring Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam, celebrated its three-year anniversary today, January 11. On the occasion, the stars shared old photos and expressed their gratitude for the film.

The film which was released in the year 2019 received massive responses from the audience. Not only the movie was a blockbuster at the box office but it also created an irreplaceable place in the hearts of the people nationwide.

Vicky Kaushal was on the verge of rejecting Uri, but his father persuaded him to read the script again. We're delighted Vicky went ahead with the endeavor, and the actor delivered one of his best films of the year.

The action film holds a particular place in Yami Gautam's heart, as she is now married to Uri director Aditya Dhar. With a beautiful post, the actress also celebrated three years of Uri. The military drama, directed by Aditya Dhar and based on the Indian Army's surgical strike in Pakistan in 2016.
