In the wake of the incident, fellow actress Kangana Ranaut expressed her support for Raveena on Instagram. Kangana described the situation as alarming and condemned the road rage, urging that the involved parties should be reprimanded for their violent behaviour.

According to the Mumbai Police, the altercation began when Raveena's driver was reversing the car. A family passing by thought they were in danger and started arguing with the driver. Raveena came out to intervene, but after a prolonged argument, both parties eventually dispersed. The police, who were informed about the incident, arrived to investigate. They spoke to Raveena’s staff and called both parties to the Khar Police Station. Thankfully, no one was injured, and no vehicles collided. No formal complaints were filed by either side.

Raveena Tandon Breaks Her Silence on Misleading Information

Raveena addressed the situation on social media platform X, sharing a post that claimed the accusations against her were false. She posted CCTV footage proving that her car did not hit anyone and that she was not under the influence of alcohol.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Rajtilak Roshan of Zone 9 confirmed that the complaint was false. He explained that the CCTV footage showed Raveena's driver reversing the car into the society when the family started arguing with him about being careful. This led to the altercation.

The video of the incident went viral, showing Raveena pleading, "Please don’t hit me." In the video, a man claimed Raveena was inebriated and had assaulted a woman after stepping out of the car. The altercation continued inside a building on Carter Road, leading both parties to visit the Khar police station, where they submitted statements saying they had no grievances against each other.
