Who is UPSC topper 2022 Shruti Sharma? Shruti Sharma, a history student, ranked first in the Union Public Service Commission's (UPSC) civil services examination-2021 results released on Monday. History is created as the first three positions are bagged by girls.

 

Shruti Sharma, a Delhi-based girl has ranked first in an All India Rank (AIR). The Union Public Service Commission revealed today that Ankita Agarwal, Gamini Sangla, and others bagged second, and third in the civil services tests of 2021, accordingly.

Who is UPSC topper 2022 Shruti Sharma?

Shruti Sharma graduated from Delhi University's St. Stephen's College. She then went on to study post-graduate studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).

She then left JNU to pursue her post-graduate degree at the Delhi School of Economics (DSE).

Jamia Millia Islamia Residential Coaching Academy was acknowledged by the UPSC CSE 2021 winner with her accomplishment (RCA). Apart from Sharma, Jamia RCA has also certified 23 other students for the Civil Services exam.

I'm very happy with my result. My strategy was to make my own notes from newspapers & focus on answer writing practice for better presentation. I've used social media in a balanced way. My first preference is UP cadre: Shruti Sharma, UPSC Civil Services 2021 topper" she said.

Shruti Sharma, Ankita Agarwal, Gamini Singla, and Aishwarya Verma created history by obtaining AIR 1, AIR 2, and AIR 3 for UPSC Civil Services 2021, respectively. For the first time, women have been assigned to all three AIR ranks.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the exam winners and offered encouraging words to all those who did not pass.

The UPSC conducts the civil services examination in three parts – preliminary, main, and interview – each year to appoint officials for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and Indian Police Service (IPS), among many others. On October 10th, 2021, the preliminary civil service examination was held.
