Since then, Nimrat has given her vocals in over 15 Punjabi songs. Besides, Nimrat is a great actor as well. She started her film career in 2017 with Lahoriye. Simmi Chahal – She has been ruling the minds and hearts of Punjabi movie lovers since her debut in 2016 film Bambukat alongside Ammy Virk. For her brilliant acting display, Siimi Chahal went on to grab Filmfare Award (Punjabi) for Best Debut Actress in 2017 for her role in Bambukat. She has also won Best Debut Actress Award at PTC Punjabi Film Awards in 2017.
