Helmed by Gulshan Singh, this movie is produced by Amiek Virk and Manpreet Johal. 'Afsar' which is slated to release on 5^th October is penned down by Jass Grewal.

With ‘Afsar’ for the first time ever we will get to see the intense actor Tarsem Jassar in a humorous avatar. Also, this is the debut movie of the singer turned actor ‘Nimrat Khaira’ as a lead actor. Earlier, she portrayed an important character in the movie ‘Lahoriye’.
