After Sidhu Moose Wala's 'SYL', Kanwar Grewal's 'Rihai' song banned in India
Days after Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala's sing 'SYL' was removed from YouTube in India, singer Kanwar Grewal's song 'Rihai' has been banned in India following a legal complaint filed by the government.
Upon opening Kanwar Grewal's song 'Rihai', which is now banned in India, a notification reads: "The content is not available on this country domain due to a legal complaint from the government."

Earlier, Sidhu Moose Wala's song 'SYL' was banned in India following a complaint filed by the government. However, it is not confirmed whether the complaint was filed by the Punjab Government, Haryana Government, or the Central Government.

Soon after the 'SYL' song was removed, there was a huge criticism against YouTube as the late singer's fans were condemning YouTube for removing the song.
Responding to Sidhu Moose Wala's 'SYL' song, Haryanavi singer Masoom Sharma released a song 'Haryanavi SYL' which has not been banned in India. Therefore, a lot of people have been criticising 'YouTube' and 'Government' for being 'biased' to some of the songs.

Now, that Kanwar Grewal's 'Rihai' song has been banned in India, this development has added fuel to the fire. In the meanwhile, a 'Haryanavi SYL' song, sung by Ramkesh Jeewanpuria, was removed from YouTube.
