AICWA Demands A Complete Shutdown On Issuing Visa To Pakistani Actors

All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has demanded a complete shut down on issuing any visa to Pakistani actors, Film Association and any Media Fraternity.

The letter has been issued to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi by AICWA dated February 26, in regards to Pakistan's decision to ban Indian content in their country. AICWA said in the letter, "We AICWA on behalf of entire film and media fraternity would demand complete shut down on issuing any Visa to Pakistani actors, Film Association and Media Fraternity."

The association is proud of the Indian Air Force and added, "Entire Film fraternity is proud of Indian Air Force, Government of India for displaying such a courageous and responsible retaliation in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and we hope that Government of India continues to do so."

Earlier, AICWA put a ban on Pakistani artists, in regards to the Pulwama attack where 49 Indian soldiers were killed on February 14 in Jammu.
