Amid the ongoing controversy Kangana Ranaut wraps the shoot of Tejas with a party

On Friday night, Kangana Ranaut and the cast and crew of her next film Tejas toasted the completion of the film in Mumbai.

Kangana Ranaut attended the wrap party for her upcoming film Tejas, directed by Sarvesh Mewara and produced by Ronnie Screwvala, on Friday night.

Kangana sported a glittering bronze gown with a thigh-high slit and flaunted her curly tresses to RSVP Films' wrap-up party at a restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai.

Rangoli Chandel, Kangana's sister, was present at the celebration. The actor also released a hilarious Boomerang video in which she can be seen dancing with Rangoli and another pal.

Kangana Ranaut plays Tejas Gill in Tejas, a film based on the first Indian Air Force female pilot written and directed by Sarvesh Mewara.

Kangana Ranaut is in the middle of a storm after making a remark at a recent summit about India's independence in 2014. Her remark about India's independence came just days after the actor received the Padma Shri award.

Kangana will next be featured in 'Tejas', 'Dhaakad', and 'Emergency'. She was recently seen in Thalaivii, a biography of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa. She is also directing Tiku Weds Sheru, a film starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avnet Kaur, which will be her first feature film.
