Amitabh Bachchan, Ayushmann Khurrana Starrer ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ Gets A New Release Date. Details Here

Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana are all set to team up for the first time for Shoojit Sircar’s ‘Gulabo Sitabo’. Amitabh has left his fans surprised and excited with his unrecognizable look for the film. Interestingly, Ayushmann wrapped the shoot of the film in just 22 days.

While the film was slated to release on April 24, 2020, it has now been preponed to February 28, 2020 due to early wrap of the film.

Film trade analyst, Taran Adarsh, shared the details with the picture on Wednesday. “IT’S OFFICIAL... New release date... #GulaboSitabo to release *earlier*: 28 Feb 2020... Stars Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana... Directed by Shoojit Sircar... Here’s the first look of Ayushmann from the film,” he wrote.

Set in Lucknow, Gulabo Sitabo is about landlords and tenants, and their love-hate relationship. It portrays the quarrels that a domineering property owner often has with a submissive occupant, leading to hilarious situations.

Even though it is the first time that Amitabh and Ayushmann are working together, Shoojit is working the second time with both of them. Amitabh has earlier worked for Piku with him, while Ayushmann made his debut with Shoojit with Vicky Donor.
