Ammy Virk's Song 'Qismat' To Be Recreated In A Bollywood Film: Reports

Hit Punjabi song ‘Qismat’ is one of the most loved songs of Ammy Virk. The song has garnered immense love from the music lovers around the world. However, according to Times of India, the song is liked by Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar and he has bought its rights for an upcoming movie.

Ammy Virk said to Times of India, “Though I didn’t meet him, the music label told me that Karan sir liked the song and felt that it might work well for one of the situations in his upcoming film. I’m glad he wants to use my song. I wish to meet him.”

The song is beautifully penned down by Jaani, while the music is provided by B Praak. Filmed by Arvind Khaira, the song features Ammy Virk along with Sargun Mehta. The song has garnered over 220 million views with 1.9 million likes so far on YouTube.

Later on, the lead of the song also starred in a movie together, which was also titled ‘Qismat’. The movie became an instant hit and shattered many records at the box office. The film was also awarded with the Best Film (Critics) award at PTC Punjabi Film Awards 2019.
