Atlanta rapper Trouble aka Mariel Semonte Orr, dies at 34 in home invasion

Atlanta rapper Trouble death: Trouble, an Atlanta rapper who performed with Drake, Migos, and the Weeknd, passed away at the age of 34 in a home invasion as per the reports. 

The sources stated that, Police have identified Atlanta resident Jamichael Jones as a suspect in the shooting. Jones is arrested on suspicion of murder, house invasion, and aggravated assault.

Jones and Orr were strangers, according to police, but Jones was involved in a "domestic dispute" with a lady Orr was seeing at the apartment.

Who is Rapper Trouble?

Trouble, also known as Skoob, made a name for himself in 2011 with the tune Bussin', which led to collaborations with Gucci Mane and Young Thug.

Orr debuted as Trouble in 2011 with the release of his first mixtape, 'December 17th,' which was followed by eight more mixtapes over the next few years.

He gained a big following over the next decade, with his music videos garnering millions of views online and collaborations with Pusha T, Fetty Wap, and The Weeknd.

Featuring Drake and Mike WiLL Made-It, he released Bring It Back in 2018.

International celebs pay tribute

A number of prominent individuals of the hip hop world paid respect to the late artist.

Gucci Mane, T.I., Jeezy, and 2 Chainz, as well as producer Mike Will Made-It, who served as executive producer on Trouble's 2018 debut album Edgewood, all paid tribute to Trouble on social media on Sunday.

Mike Will Made-It stated in his Instagram Stories that "Trouble's personality lit up a room and his conversation left you more creative than when you walked in."
