Bollywood actor Prem Chopra and his wife Uma Chopra discharged from hospital after being affected with Covid-19

Bollywood spectacular actor Prem Chopra and his wife Uma Chopra have returned home after being released from Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital on Tuesday. The couple contracted Covid-19 recently, but now they have now recovered and according to news agency ANI, they are doing good.

Earlier, the actor's doctor told the news agency, "Hopefully (he) will be discharged in a day or two. At the age of 86 years he is responding quite well"

Prem Chopra is well known for his roles in Bobby, Do Raaste, Upkaar, Purab Aur Pashchim, Kati Patang, and Phool Bane Angaarey, to name a few.

Apart from Prem Chopra and Uma Chopra, numerous Bollywood stars have earlier shared their positive report for Covid-19. Recently, the list of covid-19 patients from B-town added names of singer Sonu Nigam along with his wife and son, Nora Fatehi, Mrunal Thakur, Ekta Kapoor, Dashti Dhami, Shumona Chakravarti, and many others.

The rise of covid-19 cases in India has also led to the closure of cinema theatres which also resulted in the delay of numerous blockbuster films this year.

As per the latest reports, Amitabh Bachchan's house staff member has also tested positive for Covid-19. The actor took to his social media accounts and shared a cryptic post related to the same.
