Adah Sharma Moves into Sushant Singh Rajput’s Former Mumbai Apartment
Actress Adah Sharma has recently moved into the Mumbai apartment that once belonged to the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. She confirmed that she relocated to Mont Blanc Apartments in Bandra four months ago and now feels completely at home in her new surroundings.
Adah was busy with promotional work for her projects, including "Bastar" and the OTT release of "The Kerala Story." She also spent some time at an elephant sanctuary in Mathura. Only recently has she had the chance to settle into her new home.
Having lived her entire life in the same house in Pali Hill, this is Adah’s first time moving out. She shared, “I am very sensitive to vibes, and this place gives me positive ones. Our homes in Kerala and Mumbai were surrounded by trees where we fed birds and squirrels. I wanted a home with a view and ample space to feed birds.”
Last year, Adah was spotted outside Sushant Singh Rajput's apartment, sparking speculation about whether she was planning to buy it. During an interaction with Siddharth Kannan, she revealed that she was overwhelmed by the media attention when she visited the apartment. She said, “For now, I would just like to say that I live in everyone's hearts. There is a right time to speak. I got a little overwhelmed with the media attention. I am a private person. I love being in the public eye for my movies, but I have always guarded my privacy.”
Sushant Singh Rajput, known for hit films like "Chhichhore," "M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story," and "Kai Po Che!," was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14, 2020, at the age of 34. His last movie, "Dil Bechara," was released posthumously.
The duplex flat on the sixth floor of Mont Blanc Apartments at Jogger’s Park was rented by Rajput in December 2019 for three years, with a monthly rent of Rs 4.51 lakh. After his tragic death and the intense media and political attention on the case, the flat remained vacant until Adah decided to move in.
