'Bheed' movie trailer: Rajkummar Rao starrer 'Bheed' which is helmed by Anubhav Sinha is all about the 'dark' side of the Covid-19 lockdown. The film also features Bhumi Pednekar, Ashutosh Rana, Pankaj Kapur, Dia Mirza, and others.

'Bheed' movie trailer review

The movie highlights what happened right after the first lockdown in 2020 and how it affected various social strata. Bheed, a black-and-white film, refers to the 1947 India-Pakistan Partition both visually and more explicitly when it has a reporter role remark quite so much.

Rajkummar Rao, who plays a cop, can be heard saying, "Justice is always in the hands of the powerful. If the powerless served justice, justice would be different." He might be seen defending the underprivileged throughout the rest of the trailer. The book "Bheed" makes it obvious that there were two distinct groups of people in the crowds: the privileged, who were undoubtedly safe in the comfort of their homes, and the working class, migrants, and lower middle class, who had to endure the horror.

The film is helmed by Anubhav Sinha and is slated to be released on March 24, 2023.
