Sonakshi Sinha is making headlines with a whooping amount for a lavish apartment in the heart of Mumbai. Sonakshi hails from a prestigious Bollywood lineage as the daughter of veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha. The actress bought a high rise which is sea-facing worth Rs 11 crores.
Reports suggest that Sonakshi's new abode is situated in the upscale Bandra Reclamation area of Mumbai. This location is renowned for offering its residents breathtaking views of the sea, making it one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods.
According to documents from the online website Zapkey, she shelled out a whopping Rs. 11 crores for her luxurious home. The property was reportedly sold by Pyramid Developers and officially became hers on August 29, 2023.
To make the purchase official, Sonakshi paid a significant sum of Rs. 55 lakh for stamp duty and an additional Rs. 30,000 as registration fees.
On May 30, 2023, Sonakshi shared a glimpse of her new residence with her fans. In the photos, she looked stunning in a black ensemble, paired with a white cap. The images also showcased the elegant furniture and decor that adorn her new home. However, what truly captivated the eyes was the mesmerizing view from her balcony.
