Deepika Padukone to miss out shoot as Singham Again casts to unite for a peppy dance number! Deets Inside
`Hailing from the world of Rohit Shetty's cop universe, Singham is one of the most beloved film franchise Indian's love to be indulged in. After presenting the world with a series of it's whopping cop action thrillers, director Rohit Shetty is now all set to bring it's upcoming installment, Singham Again. Meanwhile, the upcoming film is going to feature a stellar casts ensemble which will feature Ajay Devgn reprising his infamous character along with stars like Tiger Shroff, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Deepika Padukone alongside Akshay Kumar is a significant cameo role.
Deepika Padukone to miss out music video shoot
Recently, it has been learnt that the entire Singham Again casts is re-uniting today for an oozing dancing number in Mumbai's Vile Parle. The peppy dance song will rope in it's leading actors like Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Tiger Shroff. But the same sources revealed that the soon mom-to-be, Deepika Padukone might miss out the sets of the musical video. Meanwhile, the song was earlier scheduled to commence from 15th April, 2024 but delayed due to some inconviniences. Stating the same, the source revealed, "But now, it kicks off on April 17. Ganesh Acharya is choreographing it, and has hired 400 background dancers. The primary cast will film the vibrant number over the next four days." It went on revealing further that Deepika Padukone, who will be playing the role of Shakti Singham would miss out the musical number while forwarding with her motherhood pleasantly. The actress, on the other hand is expecting her first child with Ranveer Singh on September, 2024.

Meanwhile, Singham Again is the fifth installment of the cop universe created by Rohit Shetty. The earlier films of it's kind includes - Singham, Singham Returns, Simmba, Sooryavanshi. Earlier the filmmaker also introduced Deepika Padukone who will be joining the cop universe along with husband Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn. The film will feature Deepika Padukone as Shakti Singham. Apart from Deepika, the film will also bring Tiger Shroff as ACP Satya and Kareena Kapoor Khan and Avni Singham. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the story is penned by Shantanu Srivastava, Kshitij Patwardhan, Yunus Sajawal, Milap Zaveri, Abhijeet Khuman, Sandeep and Anusha. Notably, the film is all set to release in the next half of the year 2024.
