'Dunki': Shah Rukh Khan Pays Obeisance at Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Ahead of Film's Release

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, also known as SRK, visited the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine just days before the release of his latest film, 'Dunki.' Dressed casually in a black hoodie, the 58-year-old actor was joined by his manager Pooja Dadlani, and his security team.

This marks Shah Rukh's third visit to the temple in the past year. He previously visited in August and December 2022, coinciding with the releases of his films 'Jawan' and 'Pathaan.' Notably, his August visit preceded the success of 'Jawan,' which earned a whopping ₹1,160 crores globally.

'Dunki' is Shah Rukh Khan's third and final film release of 2023, following the success of 'Pathaan' and 'Jawan.' The movie features a stellar cast, including Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover. Produced by Rajkumar Hirani and Gauri Khan, 'Dunki' is a collaboration between JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Rajkumar Hirani Films.

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, 'Dunki' is reported to be a comedy-drama centered around an unconventional immigration method known as 'donkey flight.' The film is set to hit theaters on December 21, generating anticipation among fans and cinema enthusiasts alike.
