Geeta Basra Shares Video As she Visists Golden Temple and Expresses Excitement for her Next 'Awasthi vs Awasthi'
Actor Geeta Basra recently paid a visit to the Golden Temple in Amritsar, and she couldn't contain her joy. Geeta, who is gearing up for her upcoming movie 'Awasthi vs Awasthi,' shared a glimpse of her spiritual journey on Instagram.
In a heartfelt video, Geeta expressed her gratitude, saying, "Koi bole Ram Ram.. koi Khudaye. Bas Upar vale sab ko khushiyan aur tandrusti bakshe." Accompanied by her two children, the trio was seen immersed in prayer at the revered temple.
Geeta chose a simple yet elegant floral printed suit paired with a pink dupatta for the occasion. Reflecting on the experience, she shared, "The atmosphere at the Golden Temple is truly blissful and peaceful. It was an overwhelming experience to witness the devotion and unity of people from all walks of life, coming together in prayer and harmony."
Describing the positive energy as infectious, Geeta added, "It has left a lasting impression on me and my children."
About her upcoming movie, 'Awasthi vs Awasthi,' Geeta expressed her excitement, stating, "I am thrilled to be a part of 'Awasthi vs Awasthi.' It's the perfect project for my comeback, and the entire filming experience was fantastic. I feel fortunate to have worked with such an amazing team, and I'm eagerly looking forward to the audience's reaction." Geeta will be seen opposite actor Parambrata Chatterjee in the film.
The actor recently celebrated Diwali in Jalandhar with her family. Geeta, who tied the knot with former cricketer Harbhajan Singh in 2015, is a proud mother to Hinaya Heer Plaha (born in 2016) and Jovan (born on July 10, 2021).
