Kangana Ranaut's 'Tejas' Set to Clash with Tiger Shroff's 'Ganpath' at the Box Office

Kangana Ranaut's upcoming film 'Tejas' is set to clash with Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon-starrer 'Ganapath - Part 1' as both movies are scheduled to release on October 20. Kangana, known for her candid updates on social media, took to her Instagram handle to share the release date of 'Tejas' along with stills from the film.

One of the pictures shows Kangana in a military uniform, exiting the multi-role military aircraft Tejas. In the second image, she is seen in an action costume against the backdrop of a vehicle on fire. Kangana captioned the post, "Honouring the bravery of our heroic Air Force Pilots Tejas, releasing in cinemas on 20th October."

'Tejas' revolves around the extraordinary journey of Tejas Gill, an Air Force pilot, and aims to inspire and instill a deep sense of pride in the valiant soldiers who tirelessly defend our nation, facing numerous challenges along the way. 

However, 'Tejas' is set to face competition at the box office from Tiger Shroff's 'Ganapath - Part 1.' The makers of 'Ganapath' had earlier announced the release date of the film on their Instagram handle. Producer Jackky Bhagnani shared an announcement along with a photo of Tiger Shroff and director Vikas Bahl. In the post, he mentioned their excitement about completing the film and shared the release date of October 20.

Directed by Vikas Bahl, 'Ganapath - Part 1' also stars Kriti Sanon in the lead role and is set to hit theaters on October 20 in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu. The makers have also revealed that megastar Amitabh Bachchan will play a significant role in the film, adding to the anticipation among the audience.

While 'Tejas' and 'Ganapath - Part 1' gear up for their clash at the box office, both Kangana Ranaut and Tiger Shroff have other projects in the pipeline. Tiger will be seen in 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' alongside Akshay Kumar, which is scheduled to release on Eid 2024 and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. On the other hand, Kangana will be seen in the movie 'Emergency,' where she portrays the late politician and former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. 'Emergency' is set to hit theaters on November 24.
