Director Sriram Raghavan has infused his unique touch into the traditional romance genre, transforming a simple chance meeting into a gripping tale of suspense, seduction, and surprises. As the plot unfolds, the initially innocent encounter between two strangers evolves into a full-blown obsession, leading to increasingly dangerous consequences.

Shot in two languages, the film features different supporting actors in its Hindi and Tamil versions. In the Hindi version, Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, and Tinnu Anand play pivotal roles, while the Tamil version stars Radhika Sarathkumar, Shanmugaraja, Kevin Jay Babu, and Rajesh Williams in similar capacities.

Scheduled for release in theaters on January 12, 2024, 'Merry Christmas' is produced by Ramesh Taurani, Sanjay Routray, Jaya Taurani, and Kewal Garg.
