Actor Sanya Malhotra has earned a nomination for Best Actress for her role in 'Mrs' at the New York Indian Film Festival 2024. The film's director, Arati Kadav, is also in the running for Best Director. This exciting news was announced on Jio Studios' official Instagram account.

'Mrs' is set to be screened at the prestigious festival, which has thrilled the cast and crew. Sanya Malhotra expressed her excitement and said it was a proud moment for her that the film 'Mrs' had been selected for NYIFF. Sanya played the role of Richa, who tries to balance traditions and ambition and feels honoured. She added that bringing this story to life has been incredibly rewarding, and she can't wait to share it with the world.
