Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana update; Ravi Dubey has been confirmed to play the role of Lakhsman alongside Ranbir Kapoor

But a recent update has confirmed the actor prortaying Lakshman, brother of Rama who hadn't been confirmed earlier.
Yes, you heard it correct, Ravi Dubey, a famous Indian television actor who is known for his impeccable TV roles in various serials and OTT shows has been roped off for his big Bollywood venture alongside other B-town celebs. The television celeb will be playing one of the most inetgral part after Lord Ram and Sita, Lakshman, as per the news comfirmed by a big media outlet. The role of Lakshman will infact pave him a humongous breakthrough into the world of mainstream Bollywood alongside a star casts that feels bigger than life, that includes Ranbir Kapoor as Rama, Sai Pallavi as Maa Sita and KGF fame Yash as Ravana.
Earlier, it was rumored that the Chhichhore star Navin Polishetty was stated to play Ravana but however it was confimred as just air of mere rumors. Ravi Dubey, on the other hand was last seen in JioCinema's web series Lakhan Leela Bhargava aka LLB wherein his character was critically acclamied by the overall critics as well as by the audiences. While in contrary, the star has a way long list of television projects that bought him immense fame over the years like Saas Bina Sasural, Yahaan Ke Hum Sikander, Jamai Raja and Stree Teri Kahani, including his starry contribution in numerous television reality shows like ndia's Best Dramebaaz, Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 8, Nach Baliye Season 5 and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'll Champs.
Speaking of other rumored actors of the upcoming Nitesh Tiwari's Hindu epic drama also states that actor Sunny deol has been startling the riddles to play the role of Ram bhakt Hanuman inlcuding Vijay Sethupathi in the role of Vibhishana. However as per the reports, Vijay Sethupati's part in the movie has been confirmed as a media source has earlier said, "Nitesh Tiwari recently met Vijay Sethupathi and took him through the script and the world that he is looking to create with Ramayana for the spectacle. Vijay was blown away by the narration and the visuals and has shown his interest in the film."Meanwhile, the makers have yet to confirm the news that are flooding-in in the industry currently, and which is eagerly anticipated by the masses. However, the movie is expected ti hit the cinemas during the Diwali celebration of the next year.
