Ranveer Singh is all smiles as he attends Arsenal and Chelsea Premier League; see pictures

The North London derby on Tuesday between Premier League powerhouses Arsenal and Chelsea was attended by actor Ranveer Singh at the Emirates.

Ranveer, who represents the English Premier League in India, was present at the sold-out match in London and supported the players by showing his enthusiasm for the game.

Patrick Vieira, Cesc Fabregas, and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink were among the football stars the Bollywood star met while watching Arsenal play Chelsea.

The actor uploaded a photo of himself visiting the Emirates stadium to his Instagram story, "The Glorious Emirates Stadium! Home of the Gunners!@plforindia @premierleauge #ARSCHE."

Ranveer also uploaded a photo of himself with long-distance runner Mohamed Farah, who is British-Somali. The caption for the photo said, "Best times with @hussein_mofarah."

The 37-year-old also uploaded videos of his experience at the stadium's love match, along with the comment "Let's Go, wait till the end."

The actor previously stated, "I am honoured to take on an ambassador role with the Premier League," in reference to his affiliation with the league. I'm excited to share my love of football with others and am hoping to expand the number of Indian football fans.

In an effort to spread awareness of the EPL among Indian football fans, Ranveer has made several trips to the UK.

Ranveer Singh's most recent film, "Cirkus," didn't do well with critics or audiences, therefore he hasn't been very active lately.

His upcoming film, "Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani," is being directed by Karan Johar and stars Alia Bhatt.

Since the blockbuster "Gully Boy," this will be his first on-screen encounter with Alia. The film also features significant roles for Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan, and Dharmendra.

This year, July 28 is the projected release date for the movie.
