Salman Khan Counterpunch to Critics, 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' Movie Earns Rs 25 Crore on Second day

Salman Khan, one of the most celebrated superstars in India, is known for his annual Eid releases as a gift to his fans. This year, he released the much-awaited film 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan', a multi-starrer movie, in theaters on April 21, 2023. Although the opening day collection was below expectations, the film showed a significant increase in collection on the second day of release.

The movie, directed by Farhad Samji, hit theaters a day before Eid. Although the opening day's collection was not impressive, the weekend and the Eid holiday gave hope for a substantial increase in revenue. Early trades reported that the film earned Rs 25 crore on the second day at the box office.

Despite the below-average performance on the first day, the film picked up significantly on Saturday, earning approximately Rs 10 crore more than the opening day. This shows that Salman Khan's star power still holds a great influence over his fans. As per Taran Adarsh, a film critic, Salman's movie earned Rs 15.81 crore on the first day.

Fans of Salman Khan's latest film 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' are ecstatic as the movie experienced massive growth on its second and third day of release. 

One Twitter user wrote that the film, which had a lackluster opening, saw a 60-70% growth in collections on the second day.

Another fan tweeted about the movie's huge growth on day three, with an increase in morning occupancy from 11% on day one to 19% on day three, resulting in a 30% jump in collections.
