The actor acknowledged that he had a particularly difficult day while filming Satyaprem Ki Katha in his caption.
Kartik, who enjoys updating his followers on his professional life on Instagram, recently posted a snapshot from the Satyaprem Ki Katha set, saying that he had a difficult day while filming the movie.

Earlier this month, Kartik shared a photo with the tagline "fulfilling" taken on the "Satyaprem Ki Katha" sets.
Social media erupted in protest over the film's initial title, Satya Narayan Ki Katha. The name was scheduled for change to SatyaPrem Ki Katha because of the issue.
