Shah Rukh Khan and Aditya Chopra gears up for Pathaan 2; Film to commence it's shoot by this year!

Bollywood Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan has kickstarted the year 2023 with the sheer boom and we all know the reason why? Speaking in a nutshell, the bygone 2023 had been one of the biggest year for the actor as he has successfully given three of his biggest blockbuster in the SRK's glorifying history as King Khan has done the biggest opening of the year through action thriller 'Pathaan' starring alongside John Abraham and Deepika Padukone and ended with Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki, and in between amassed a huge storm through Atlee directorial Jawan. Among the three, let's pave light into the year's first biggest movie Pathaan, as the news of it's sequel is currently making headlines in the realm of Indian cinema.

The film which was led by Shah Rukh Khan in the titular role, Pathaan also featured Deepika Padukone and John Abraham and became the first ever Indian movie to supass the lifetime collection of Baahubali 2 garnered globally. Followed by such a starry success, SRK has made a promise to his audience about his comeback as Pathaan with a whole new formation of agents team to fight off the evil ruanchers and nopw it seems, the time has come! Yes, as per the surfacing statements, Khan is all set to comeback in his spy avatar, Pathaan and enthrall his audience, making them head over heels once again.

As per the news coming from the production insiders, SRK is all set to return back in the Pathaan sequel as one of it's producer, Aditya Chopra is gearing up to bring the thrilling action drama marking as his eight movie in his elequently crafted spy universe. As per the source, "This is the twist to the YRF Spy Universe timeline - Pathaan 2 will predate Tiger vs Pathaan and will set up the clash of two cinematic legends on the big screen. Shah Rukh Khan as Pathaan is definitely a character that has resonated with the audiences, and there is a constant on-ground demand from the audience to see more of SRK in the spy avatar. Soon after the release in January 2023, Adi and SRK had decided to spin Pathaan into a standalone franchise too within the Spy Universe and the former started ideating the sequel of this all-time blockbuster."

Pathaan 2 to go on floors from this date? 

Continuing further, the plan is not rapid, in-fact Aditya Chopra and the makers are well aware of bringing it's second part and all they have been working on the script of Pathaan 2 from the last year. "Pathaan 2 is being designed as the tentpole spy film of the universe that will set things up for bigger conflict in the times to come. It will set up the next phase of YRF Spy Universe's timeline. In fact, P2 sets things up for the big battle between Tiger and Pathaan in the future timeline," the cource stated. Meanwhile, Aditya Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan, both are well set to commence the beginning of it's shoot from December 2024. Fun Fact: Those who aren't aware of the fact that Pathaan has aced it's golden spot as the higest grossing movie of the spy universe with a global gross in the North of Rs 1000 crore and grossed more than Rs. 540 crore in India alone. Meanwhile, the upcoming sequel, Pathaan 2 will mark itself as the eight movieinstalment of the Bollywood spy universe helmed under YRF.
