SRK starrer Jawan secures 9th position and became the first Indian film to enter the highest grossing list in UAE!

Atlee's directorial 'Jawan' so far had been the most widely accepted movie of the year. Yearning records one after another, the film is surpassing boundaries of earlier records set by the mega Bollywood ensembles. As the movie has received it's theatrical release on September 7, 2023, people nearly went gaga on the creative, captivating power of the creators as well as by the stellar casts. Recently, the Shah Rukh Khan starrer movie has completed more than 50 days in the theatrical windows and currently basking under it's last box office run.

Jawan accesses through UAE's top 10 highest grossing movies!

After accessing through 54 days in the global theatres, the mega action-drama has collected Rs. 1165 crore at the global front, emerging as the highest grossing Hindi origin film in India and became the fourth highest grossing Indian film of all time followed by Baahubali, KGF 2 and RRR. The cinema boggling accolades do not just sticks around the respective title but has broken many other records too, both India and globally. One among the many includes, the Atlee creation entered the list of top 10 highest grossing movies in middle eastern country UAE and has beaten other cinematic prowess's by making it's collective space among the many.

Jawan has grabbed 9th spot grossing more than 'The Lion King'

Interestingly, the Bollywood movie has gained 9th spot in the top 10 highest grossing movie list and became the first ever Indian film to access through the glazing spot. But what is more intriguing is to see the million dollar movie(Jawan) getting it's space among the other billion dollar masterpieces. To be more specific, other movies in the list includes Avatar 2, Avengers: Endgame, Spiderman: No Way Home, Furious 7, The Fate Of The Furious, Aladdin, Top Gun: Maverick and The Lion King, which has garnered billion dollar whopping collection at the box office, and getting a space among such fine ensembles is indeed a great deal!

While looking at the UAE's list of top 10 highest grossing movies - Avatar 2 - USD 13.22M, Avengers Endgame - USD 12.78M, Spiderman: No Way Home - USD 12.29M, Furious 7 - USD 10.35M, The Fate Of The Furious - USD 10.25M, Aladdin - USD 10.02M, Top Gun: Maverick - USD 9.97M, Jawan - USD 9.17M and The Lion King - USD 9.16M. 

About 'Jawan'

Released on 7 September, 2023, Jawan has bought a whole new wave of cinematic excellence. The film is directed by ace filmmaker Atlee starring Shah Rukh Khan along with South superstars, Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara including other pivotal actors such as Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, and Sunil Grover and others. The film also possesses Deepika Padukone in a special cameo role which added more emotion to the movie's fantastic plot.
