SS Rajamouli Shares Exciting Update on His Dream Project 'Mahabharat', Says It Will have 10 Parts

The rumors of remaking the Hindu epic 'Mahabharat' was started a long ago, but made no confirmations as such. However recently, director SS Rajamouli gave a ray of hope and excitement to the sources while talking about his dream creation 'Mahabharat'. 

Rajamouli's lifelong dream

Director SS Rajamouli, after a global success of RRR, is now all set to raise the bar of his jaw-dropping movie making caliber. Mostly knwon for his top notch storylines, CGI and star casts, Rajamouli is one of a kind movie maker the nation has ever seen. From many years he has evolved and nurtured the dream of bringing the Hindu epic to the Indian screen. 

Intricacy of Mahabharat 

Mahabharat is one of the world's most complex mythological epic, with numerous plots, intense characters and many philosophical values, the homegrown director wants to immerse deeply into the stories and present the saga in his own Rajamouli style, he confessed. While during the promotions of his Oscar winning creation, RRR, he revealed that he will be bringing the movie slowly and steadily. While asked, he said it was his lifelong dream.

Recently, Rajamouli also revealed it would take more one year for him to go through every vivid versions of the epic and it is only after scripting tasks finishes, he will be able to think of casting the stars according the the characters prolificness. 

Rajamouli's own style

Apart from that, 'Mahabharat' is an emotion for the Indian's as we all grew up watching and reading parts of it. The story has been numerously retold through television series and many other ways. Hence, Rajamouli will not be sticking to its usual characters and plots but wants to bring his own touch while crocheting his dream.

As the creator continues talking about his upcoming ensemble, he also wants not to miss any intricacy of the story and hence says if he ever have to come to a  point of making it, the epic movie will come in 10 star studded parts.
