Suhana Khan To Mark Her Threatical Debut With Father Shah Rukh Khan? Here's What we Know

Can it be any better to witness the most beloved father-daughter duo on a single screen? Well,  Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is teaming up with his daughter, Suhana Khan, for the first time in an action-packed thriller titled 'King'.

Yes, you read that correctly! The film, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, is set to be produced by Red Chillies Entertainment in collaboration with Siddharth Anand’s Marflix Entertainment.

The father-daughter duo has chosen an action thriller for their first joint project. A source close to the development revealed, "The film has been titled King and will be a one-of-a-kind action thriller with strong dynamics shared by Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan."

Preparations for the film are in full swing, with shooting scheduled to commence in January 2024. Sujoy Ghosh is currently immersed in the pre-production work of 'King' and adding final touches to the script.

"The flavor of action in 'King' will be very different from what SRK has done in 'Pathaan' and 'Jawan.' This one would be sleek with a lot of chase sequences. However, the core plot is emotional and driven by the story. It has lots of twists and turns, which is the reason why Sujoy has been bestowed with the responsibility of direction," the source concluded.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is currently awaiting the release of Rajkumar Hirani-directed 'Dunki' on December 21, whereas Suhana Khan is all set for the release of 'The Archies' on Netflix on December 7.
