The Great Indian Family fails terribly at the box office; Earns less than Rs. 4 crore in it's first weekend!

Vicky Kaushal and Manushi chhillar were utterly engaged in bringing up their newest movie together from a long time now. Yes, We are talking about 'The Great Indian Family'! Directed by Vijay Krishna, 'The Great Indian Family' has received it's theatrical opening on 22 September, 2023. As the movie now completed it's three days, it has outshone some extreme disastrous results at the box office. It's 3 days collection could not even touch a decent amount which is the barest expectation the creators could ever thought of. 

The disappointing results

On Friday, as the Vijay Krishna was released, it was opened with an extreme poor results and made a weak box office collection which was around Rs. 1.4 crore. However there were high expectation for the movie to raise it's bar during the weekend but could not hang on anymore. As the Sunday passed by, Saturday registered an estimation of 22.86% increase collection Rs. 1.72 crore and on Sunday, dismal in it's hike making it collect Rs. 2 crore. So, as per the reports by Sacnilk, the Vicky Kaushal starrer movie has only able to collect Rs 5.12 crore as it's grand total. 

As the movie has failed terribly to make a decent collection in the first weekend, it has already written it's fate of failure. As per the experts, in the upcoming weeks, the movie might able to earn a two digit number but won't survive with a whopping amount!

Written and Directed by Vijay Krishna, the movie is produced by Aditya Chopra, distributed under Yash Raj Films and helmed under a budget of Rs. 40 crore. The 'Great Indian family' stars Vicky Kaushal and Miss World Manushi Chillar on the leading role including some other pivotal actors like Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Yashpal Sharma, Sadiya Siddiqui, Alka Amin, Srishti Dixit, Bhuvan Arora, Aasif Khan, Ashutosh Ujjwal and Bharti Perwani.
