Vidyut Jammwal unveils teaser of 'IB 71'; promises high-octane action
IB 71 teaser: 'IB 71', an upcoming film starring actor Vidyut Jammwal, unveiled its first teaser of the film on Saturday.
Director Sankalp Reddy, whose 2017 war picture Ghazi won a National Award, is behind the espionage thriller. On his social media channels, Jammwal posted the movie's debut poster and a teaser.
In the quick teaser, we get a peek at the covert mission that was carried out against the backdrop of Pakistan and India. Anupam Kher and Vidyut Jammwal were both briefly visible. The film will tell a true story, according to the trailer as well.
As Vidyut discussed in the movie, "IB71 describes for the first time how the Indian Intelligence Bureau carried out a covert mission and outwitted the enemy, providing our armed forces with the necessary advantage to fight on two fronts. To complete and share this project with the world excites me!"
The first project to emerge from Jammwal's production company, Action Hero Pictures, is IB 71. Abbas Sayyed, Reliance Entertainment, and Bhushan Kumar's T-Series are also backing the film.
Vidyut Jammwal's film 'IB 71' is all set to be released on May 12.
