Bollywood Film Producer Vijay Gilani passes away due to blood cancer

Popular Bollywood filmmaker Vijay Gilani passed away in London late Wednesday night. Vijay Gilani had been suffering from blood cancer for the past several months and was undergoing treatment in London.

It is learned that just 3-4 months ago, Vijay Gilani went to London with his family for a bone marrow transplant. There he was diagnosed with blood cancer.

If we talk about Vijay Gilani's film career, he was a filmmaker who knew the business model of Bollywood. He made many Bollywood films. He was also the producer of Salman Khan's films Suryavanshi and Veer. He has worked with Akshay Kumar, Bipasha Basu, Govinda, Manisha Koirala, Kareena Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, and Salman Khan of many famous B-Town celebs.

He was the producer of many Bollywood films. His major films were Suryavanshi, The Power, Achanak, Ajnabee, Veer, Lavshuddha, Bachke Rehna Re Baba, etc., but many of his films flopped except Ajnabee.

His final picture was titled 'The Power.' The lead actors in the film are Vidyut Jamwal, Shruti Haasan, Zakir Hussain, Prateek Babbar, Sachin Khedekar, and Jishu Sengupta. In January 2021, the action film was released on the OTT platform.
