Cannes Red Carpet 2022: Deepika Padukone oozes oomph in Sabyasachi saree, greets with 'Namaste'
75th Cannes film festival: Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone made Indians proud as she walked the red carpet at the opening ceremony of the Cannes film festival 2022.
For the red carpet at the 75th Cannes Film Festival 2022, Deepika Padukone, who is also a part of the jury for Cannes 2022, chose a black and gold shimmery saree, designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee.

Deepika tied her hair in a bun and accessorised it with a golden hairband, looking just amazing. She chose a dramatic look with kohl-rimmed eyes, nude lips, and contoured cheeks.
Deepika is one of the nine jury members that will pick the winners of this year’s Palme d’Or honours at a gala ceremony in Cannes on May 28.

The other jury members are actor-filmmaker Rebecca Hall, Noomi Rapace, and Italian actor-director Jasmine Trinca, directors Asghar Farhadi, Ladj Ly, Jeff Nichols, and Joachim Trier.
Deepika Padukone has been a red carpet regular at the Cannes since 2017. Now, she will walk the Cannes red carpet in 2022 for all ten days. The festival is scheduled to be held from May 17-28.

On the work front, Deepika Padukone will be next seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan. Also, she has Hrithik Roshan-starrer Fighter and the Indian remake of The Intern alongside Amitabh Bachchan in the pipeline.
