As all activities appear to resume to pre-COVID norms, a number of Bollywood celebs have tested positive for coronavirus. Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif are the most recent celebrities to test positive in recent days. According to the source, the BMC has ordered the city to be on high alert in light of the newest development, which includes a massive increase in daily new coronavirus infections. It has also told film companies in Mumbai's affluent K-West neighbourhood not to throw parties in their facilities.

BMC has also reportedly asked studios to notify it if any parties are held, so that if one of the partygoers is proven to be Covid positive, the rest of the guests may be tracked down.
As per sources, the two actors visited producer Karan Johar's 50th birthday gala, and Johar's party turned out to be a Covid hotspot. A source close to Johar, on the other hand, dismissed it as a rumour.
